Darlene Coffey has two life insurance policies with us. One whole life, and one term. She would like to know when her next payments are due, and the amounts. Could you please call life insurance customer service @800-247-4170. Give them the policy numbers, and then they'll give you the info. Please call Darlene with that info. Her tel number should be in contacts. Thanks, VM

Cheri's son has an suspended license. We have to take exclude him from the C/S policy. Could you run a W/Ag quote, and a Progressive quote on him, see which is best. One way to bring the price down is to list his mom and dad on that policy too so that he can be an 'occasional' rather than primary driver. I don't know for sure which vehicle he drives. Is he away at school? (One of her sons is at college).  Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks, Vally

If you can give me the info, I will call Cheri and work it out with her.

Thanks,Vally

Dominique:

In the last transmittal from home office, there was a bit of lost mail. Some of it is kind of important and needs a quick response. If you could please help me as follows:

1) Alejandro Almanza-Arroyo and Karen Mcnamara. Alejandro's wife came by the other day, Spanish-only. She had just gotten her HO renewal. She asked if she needed to pay the home policy premium. It is mortgagee paid, so I told her no that the mortgage company would be paying it soon. Well, the very next day, we get a note that the bill to the mortgage company is lost in the mail!! SO of course they won't be paying it because they have no bill.

Can you please go to Google and look up the mortgage co. Try to find a customer-service telephone number and please call them and tell them what happened and that they need to pay that premium right away!!

You will also notice that we got mail for Karen Mcnamara. Exact same problem. Please fix this one too.

2) Ron Seyboth...please call them (check Contacts for the tel number, or phone book) then please call them and get their correct address. This is their bill. Is the policy lapsed? Do they need to hurry-up and get us a payment right away? Can you please help them as best you can to keep the insurance in force. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks, Vally

---update---

Dominique:  For Alejandro Almanza-Arroyo, I feel a little reluctant to delete this task yet. I just don't totally trust mortgage companies. Can you please keep this pending and check the policy for the next week or so to make sure that it gets paid. There is a chance that it could go unpaid and the policy fall into a lapse status, so if you could please keep an eye on this payment for me I would appreciate it. Thanks! VM

Update 2

Dominique: Can you please check and advise if the HO is paid by mortgage. Then, we can delete. Thanks,VM

Dominique: I have another nagging worry about this customer. They started (or attempted to start) a Western Ag policy for motorcycle a while back. I wonder if we ever got money to start it? Can you please check if there is an active W/Ag policy for them? Check the W/ag website, check for files in the cabinets under their name. I think the issue was that we needed the premium check. Please let me know what you find out. Thanks, VM

Dominique:

We have a homeowner's policy for Wendy and Bill Guerrero. I am going to put a note from Dale Eckert (a message taken by you a while back). It seems like he is the mortgagee on this home. Can you please check their policy to see if he shows as mortgagee on the home? If not, we may have to add him. His number is 249-3644. It might be a good idea (if he is not already listed on the policy) to check with Wendy to see if he should be added.

If all that checks out, please go ahead add him as mortgagee on their HO policy. Thanks, VM

Andy wanted to cancel his homeowner's policy with us a year ago or so, and it looks like for a year, he was doubl-insured. We will have to get him a refund. Usually in case like this, we need to get evidence of his other insurance.  Probably a good place to start would be to get ahold of Andy, and tell him that you are working on it, and ask him to fax over a copy of his homeowner's dec page. His number is 856-4811. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks, Vally

Dominique:

Could you please help me with some change follow-ups? The info is as follows:

1) James Greenfield: Please send them a nice letter to explain how we changed their jewelry coverage, and we will add the 2nd set of earrings on the policy as soon as they can get an estimate/appraisal. We'll keep a copy of the letter in the file.

2) John Holstrom: Please submit a new change to add 'limited rental expense' endorsement to the 1998 Subaru that they just added.

3) Roger Needham: Please send to them for signature on the change deleting the Suburban. Put a copy of the change in the 'signature pending file' until it comes back. Be sure to include an envelope.

4) Alex Ulivi: Please send him a short letter confirming these changes. I want to make sure he knows.

I will put these in the inbox, and I will also e-mail to you a copy of a letterhead that I use. This makes it so you can print out a letter on letterhead without having to put letterhead in the copier.

If you have any questions, please let me know. Thanks for all your help!!

I'm going to try to make a long story short. Deann Waitman needs us to rewrite her policy. The current policy is HO535149. Please find the original app submitted in Fast Pass and copy it. Make the date of the new policy yesterday. Please turn all things blue and then e-mail the application to her at this e-mail address: bmblewasp@aol.com. Please also e-mail her a cancellation form for the old policy. We will be receiving a check from mortgage company for the new policy.

If you have any questions, let me know. Thanks, Vally

09/18 update: Dominique, in addition to payment questions, Charlene wants us to resubmit the application. Please ask me for details. $105,000 and wood stove photos. Thanks, VM

Dominique:  I will put a copy of a payment receipt in the in-box up front. I had recently assisted in setting up a new Progressive account for Dusty Hines and his wife, Suzie.  This new policy was the 5th vehicle, so we had to start a 2nd Progressive policy (only 4 vehicles per policy). I am pretty surse that Suzie told me to switch both policies over to EFT. Well, her first policy IS already on EFT. When I tried to put this 2nd one on EFT, the Progressive computer wouldn't let me. I don't know if this is because it is already tied into the payment system of the 1st policy, or if it was so new that I couldnt't. Perhaps you could attempt to change the payment type in the computer first. If that doesn't work, please call Progressive and see if they can be of help. Let me know of any questions. Thanks, Vally
