I will put on your desk a report called cross sell report. This report details customers who have home policies, but no autos. Also those with autos, but who have no home policy. It is used for us to try and "cross-sell" those customers who have one policy only.
The report is not entirely accurate. It erroneously shows people who do in fact have both policies. It also does not take into account those who have policies through Progressive or Western Ag. I have tried to edit the report to correct some of these shortcomings. My editing is not unfortunately going to be 100% accurate, but this is a good list to work with when things are kind of "slow". Keep it handy and work on it when you can. Thanks, Vally
