We need to re-write Peggy Lyon's policy to Western Ag. (It is with Progressive right now). However, she wants to leave the Ford Taurus off. Can you please re-write this for me? Peggy was trying to pay by credit card, but apparently W/ag does not accept credit card. Can you please get ahold of her and let her know that she needs to just send us a check. You could double-chk with the w/ag quote to see what the down pymt amt is, because I don't remember. I think you (or someone else from here) may have left her a message already, but another one would certainly not hurt!

Dominique: Today, (Tues 10/24) Could you please, if not done already, give Peggy a call and let her know of her $99 refund coming back from Progressive. She had called and asked. I told her we'd call her back. Please confirm when done so I can delete. Thanks,VM
