I will bring you a copy of a check the customer brought in the other day to pay for their brokerage policy. We e-mailed Lezette several times, and never got an answer, so we sent the check to them. Finally, they call and say the check has to be made out to United.

I called United directly and they said to get a new check, and then call United with the new check number to prevent cancellation, and then mail the check directly to United Fire.

Will you please follow-up on this?

I CALLED UNITED FIRE AND WAS GOING TO LET THEM KNOW THEY WERE GOING TO SEND ANOTHER CHECK, BUT SHE SAID NOT TO SEND ANOTHER TO GIVE IT ANOTHER COUPLE OF DAYS. IF THEY HAVEN'T RECIEVED IT THEN THEY WILL NEED TO SEND ANOTHER. BUT THEY DO HAVE TILL THE 14TH. SO THAT IS GOOD. THE CHECK THEY MADE OUT TO INSURANCE ADVISORS WILL BE OKAY. WHEN THEY RECIEVE IT.

My understanding is that the check sent to Insurance Advisors will be returned to us by them. So, Mark needs to bring in a new check that we will send to United Fire directly...to the address on that paperwork.

Can you please have the Carlisle's bring in the new check. We will send their old check back to them when we receive it. ....just as an aside, I'll bet you that I/Advisors somehow ends up processing that check, and the customer will end up with two checks having been cashed.

We received a fax from United Fire showing $419 and 'audit breakdown'.

I really DO NOT trust Lezette, and the crew and Insurance Advisors. I don't know if this policy is in force, or not. What does this fax mean?

Could you please verify with United Fire directly what is the status of this policy? THanks! Please advise and we can delete this message when the policy is in force. Regards, VM
