I will bring you a copy of a check the customer brought in the other day to pay for their brokerage policy. We e-mailed Lezette several times, and never got an answer, so we sent the check to them. Finally, they call and say the check has to be made out to United.
I called United directly and they said to get a new check, and then call United with the new check number to prevent cancellation, and then mail the check directly to United Fire.
Will you please follow-up on this?
