Darla called for your today. You might give her a call back. She is the customer who Karen called us about (conference call) yesterday. Basically what is happening is the customer is trying to get their premium back on their home. (DP policy)
They sold the home a year ago, and for whatever reason, the policy was never cancelled. Sometimes home office will cancel a policy back a year, as long as the customer can provide proof that the home was indeed sold. I believe that Karen is saying the paperwork proving the home was sold is in the DP policy file, or is the paperwork that was dropped off for us yesterday.
We will need to coordinate with h/office and get the documentation to them so they will go back a year. It might not be a bad idea to contact Bobbi Jo, tell her what you are tyring to do, and see what instructions she might have.
